<p>This topic is designed to explain to you the great learning tool that the Internet can be and the important role it now plays in the world by allowing us like sharing information, knowledge and ideas. </p>
<p>In this unit we will also be discussing the dangers of the Internet and the precautions we can take to help protect us again some of the hazards the Internet can present.</p>
<p><strong><u>Lesson1: Introduction</u></strong> </p>
<p>This is the first lesson on the topic of searching the web. We will be looking at the differences between fact and opinion and how to tell if a websites content is reliable, accurate, bias or valid by checking various points such as the websites address and the date it was last updated.</p>
